Adding this LD_LIBRARY_PATH and having libraries installed there which
can break the system doesn't seem to be a nice idea. Yes, this can
happen with /usr/local as well, but should we break a system if i.e. a
user has an outdated libgcc_s.so.1 in this directory? I don't think
that pointing the user there is a good idea.
