an extra package per module source is the wrong attempt, do not upload it.

instead, the prebuild binary modules should be built on behalf of
linux-modules-nonfree-2.6, please read
http://blog.daniel-baumann.ch/2006/12/10#20061210_kernel-modules-packaging
and consider sending a patch to add the definitions for fglrx.
