After reassigning, I added a further note: It seems like the preseeding and
debconf priorities interact in an undesired way. That is, my sid system is
somewhat configured and being worked on, e.g., I prefer not to see debconf
questions of priority low. So there seems to be something going wrong insid=
e the
dbconfig-common part.=20
